Shipping & Returns
BORN UNRULED is pre-launch. Exact delivery destinations, costs and timeframes are published in full before the first order is taken — we don't quote delivery times we haven't tested.
Processing
Orders are processed separately from delivery. The processing window for each drop is published on the product page at release, and you receive a confirmation email as soon as an order is placed.
Delivery regions
The United Kingdom is the launch region. Europe and international destinations are enabled in stages, with rates published per region before they open.
Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking is attached to your account and emailed to you. Order status moves through: confirmed, processing, dispatched, in transit, delivered.
Returns
The full returns and refunds policy is published before the store opens and will comply with applicable UK consumer law, including your statutory right to cancel most online orders. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected. Size exchanges depend on remaining stock in a limited drop — where a size is unavailable, a refund is issued instead.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll resolve it. Contact us.
