1. About BORN UNRULED

BORN UNRULED is an independent streetwear brand operating from the United Kingdom and selling to customers worldwide.

2. Products

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, materials, sizing and images as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on a customer's screen or device. Product measurements may also have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Nothing in this section affects a customer's rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent using the contact information provided by the customer.

BORN UNRULED may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock errors or inability to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that BORN UNRULED subsequently cancels, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

4. Prices & Payment

Prices will be displayed in the currency shown on the website.

The total product price, applicable taxes where required, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges known to BORN UNRULED will be presented to the customer before the order is completed.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges where these are not included at checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate.

If an obvious pricing or technical error is discovered before an order is fulfilled, BORN UNRULED may contact the customer and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

We do not automatically substitute a different price or charge the customer additional money without their agreement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

BORN UNRULED ships internationally where delivery services are available.

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed where applicable before purchase.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Eligible customers may notify BORN UNRULED that they wish to cancel/return an online order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to applicable exceptions and consumer law.

After notifying BORN UNRULED of an eligible return, the goods must be returned within the applicable return period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Items should be returned in accordance with that policy.

These rules do not restrict statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming products.

8. Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

Certain products may be sold as limited releases or pre-orders.

Where an item is a pre-order, this will be clearly identified before purchase together with the relevant estimated dispatch information.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions.

Promotions must not affect customers' statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, BORN UNRULED branding, original logos, graphics, website design, photographs, product designs and original website content are owned by or licensed to BORN UNRULED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Website Use

Customers must not intentionally misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

BORN UNRULED is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for matters outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Worldwide Customers

BORN UNRULED sells internationally.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer based on their location. Where applicable local consumer law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the BORN UNRULED Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

BORN UNRULED may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights already acquired under an existing order where doing so would be unlawful.
