14-Day Return Policy

We hope you love your BORN UNRULED order. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, you must contact BORN UNRULED within those 14 days and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once you have notified us of your return, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Customers may try garments on to check the fit, but items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odours or alteration may have their refund reduced where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact BORN UNRULED as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this return policy.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.

International Customers

For international customers, mandatory consumer rights in your country will continue to apply. Where local consumer law gives you greater rights than this policy, those rights will take priority.
